BANNER CAT the Horse needs a home
By 10 years old Banner Cat has already retired from 2 careers. He is a retired racehorse and former hunter jumper. According to his previous owners he was a finished hunt horse who was shown at A-rated shows until they overdid it and now he doesn''t want to jump anymore. Banner Cat has some arthritis that causes him discomfort when jumping. He is sound and happy to work on the flat. We are starting him on a joint supplements to help his mobility on trails, hills, etc.
Banner Cat has very nice manners. He is well trained, soft and responsive. We think he would be appropriate for a confident beginner who is taking lessons or maybe a person who wants to get back into riding horses. Perhaps someone who would like to retire with him and enjoy arena work or relaxing trail rides.
He is 16'' 2` and we will post a carrying weight for him soon!
